 Mr Ayub is a legend in the field of Banking. He served the RBI for more than 35 years and retired as Chief General Manager. Thereafter, he was immediately appointed as Executive Director and Adviser to Ministry of Agriculture, Govt. of India after retirement to monitor the implementation of venture capital assistance and project development facility announced by the then Finance minister of India now again by the prime minister of India. Mr. Ayub went on Deputation to C.B.I to assist in invigilation of security scams and bank frauds for a tenure of 6 years. He was further deputed to parliament to assist in drafting the Joint Parliamentary Committee report on security scam in 1992
